UAS has been selected as the trusted partner of Oxley Holdings (a global property developer with a development pipeline in excess of a billion US dollars) and Worldbridge Group (one of Cambodia’s most prominent real-estate developers) under Oxley-Worldbridge to undertake a wide ranging 12 month Retail Mall Consultancy with UAS also taking the lead in providing Retail Mall Leasing Services for The Bridge Mall.
UAS has been selected as the Lead Retail Development Consultant for a 1.3 hectare retail development project known as WB Arena in Phnom Penh providing; Design Consultancy, Concept & Tenant Mix Consultancy Services, Feasibility & Financial Analysis, Retail Leasing, Property Management Consultancy, Mall Management.
UAS has been selected by a leading Cambodian developer to provide Retail Consultancy Services including Design Consultancy, Concept and Tenant Mix and Feasibility Study on a 8,000 sq.m CBD prime site.

UAS has been selected by one of the largest private international developers within their home country with in excess $12 billion under ownership, management or development. UAS has been selected to provide Retail Research and Consultancy Services that includes Feasibility Studies, Retail Market Research, Mall Concept Study, Mall Positioning, Pricing, Tenant Mix and Target Tenant Study as an extensive study in preparation for launching a new mall in Phnom Penh in 2020.
